We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, kennel name), dog and litter data you enter into the platform, payment information processed through Stripe (we never store card numbers), and usage data to improve our service.
Your data is used to operate and improve BarkIQ, process payments through Stripe, send transactional emails (payment confirmations, vaccination reminders), and communicate product updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Dog photos and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
When a breeder shares a buyer portal link, the buyer can view only the specific dog profile, health records, and payment status shared by the breeder. Buyers cannot access other breeders' data or other dogs.
You can export all your data at any time using the platform's export features. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

BarkIQ provides a dog breeder management platform including dog and litter tracking, buyer management, payment processing, document management, and communication tools. The service is provided as-is on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or organization per account unless on the Kennel plan (up to 5 staff accounts).
Free tier accounts have no subscription cost. Pro ($19/mo) and Kennel ($49/mo) plans are billed monthly or annually. Payment processing fees (2.2%-2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply to all payments processed through BarkIQ. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and access continues until the end of the billing period.
Contracts created and signed through BarkIQ's e-signature feature are agreements between the breeder and buyer. BarkIQ is not a party to these contracts and does not guarantee their enforceability. Consult a legal professional for contract advice.
You may not use BarkIQ for illegal activities, to misrepresent your breeding program, or to process fraudulent payments. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.
BarkIQ is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate data entry, payment disputes between breeders and buyers, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

BarkIQ is a management tool, not a veterinary service. Health records, vaccination schedules, and breeding recommendations in the platform are for tracking purposes only and do not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
Heat cycle predictions and whelping date estimates are calculated from user-entered data and may not be accurate. BarkIQ does not guarantee the accuracy of breeding predictions.
Payments are processed by Stripe. BarkIQ facilitates payment collection but is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraud. Breeders are responsible for their own refund policies as stated in their buyer contracts.
BarkIQ does not verify the accuracy of breeder profiles or health records entered by users. Buyers should independently verify breeder claims and health certifications.
